David A. Simpson
David A. Simpson of Riley Pope & Laney is an attorney in Charlotte, NC. He manages the North Carolina office of the firm, where he represents creditors in default servicing matters. Mr. Simpson graduated cum laude from Davidson College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law. He has practiced real property and default services law with the firms of Simpson & Loflin, PLLC, David A. Simpson, PC, The Hutchens Law Firm, and The Hunoval Law Firm, PLLC, prior to joining Riley Pope & Laney, LLC.
Mr. Simpson is a member of the North Carolina Bar and Mecklenburg County Bar Association, and is admitted to practice before all North Carolina state courts and the United States District Courts for Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of North Carolina. Mr. Simpson, his wife Jill, and their two girls reside in Waxhaw, North Carolina.
